Pricing questions we hear most

What's included in the Outbound price?

The dedicated rep, weekly coaching and management from your SDR leader, playbook and sequence work, reporting, and all employment costs: recruiting, payroll, HR, and compliance.

How is Leadership different from Outbound?

With Leadership, the SDRs are your employees and our SDR leader leads them part time. With Outbound, Nile Edge hires and employs the reps, and leadership is included in the price.

Is Outbound priced per SDR or per company?

Per SDR. Each rep is priced by level, so a team of three Junior SDRs is three times the Junior price. You can mix levels.

What's the commitment?

Outbound and Leadership both start with a three month minimum, then go month to month. Foundations is priced per project, quoted up front for the scope.

Can we change levels or add reps later?

Yes. Add reps, change levels, or add Premium whenever it makes sense.

What currency do you bill in?

US clients are billed in US dollars, UK clients in British pounds, and clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in euros.

Why are UK and DACH prices different from US prices?

We don't just convert dollars. Each market's price is set against what it really costs to employ an SDR there, salary, commission, employer taxes, tools, recruiting, and management, so Nile Edge stays well below your in house cost wherever you are.
